As local and global NEIGHBORS, we will serve families like they are our own; individuals as we'd serve a friend; and communities as if we built them brick by brick."

THE WHAT:
CAPACITY Church is growing in Nashville. We never expected here, we never expected now, but God has this way of walking around our ideas and doing exceedingly abundantly above them. We couldn’t be more excited and nervous to handle God’s vision with care and innovation. Because this is so much bigger than us, we are clear that it will take the leadership of God and the support of people who are passionate about increasing, nurturing, and emboldening the Kingdom of God.
AND SINCE
a hallmark of our emerging identity is SERVICE, this is our first step as we become a part of this city. As our inaugural event, CAPACITY Church spent time with our community, hosting a Back to School Blessing & Pancake Party, and we are EXCITED about the response to what God is doing! We prayed for and served approximately 100 students and families and we see this as the beginning of a wonderful relationship between CAPACITY and communities here and wherever God leads. Our primary purpose is not just to introduce ourselves, or eat good food; Sure, pancakes were on the table, but prayer and connection was the heart of the meal. The inseparable power of prayer and faithful action is doing something here. We ask that you pray, and consider if God is nudging you to be a part of the transformation and unbridled capacity of the next, and all, generations!
